With arts leaders at the center, the Diversity in Arts Leadership program trains undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds who are interested in the arts and cultural justice in participating in the arts department during the 10-week summer period. Focusing on a healthy, vibrant, and balanced arts ecosystem, participants are integrated into the arts and culture community and connected to a community of field leaders, advisors, and other cultural experts. Collectively, the DIAL Network is committed to the continuous learning and advancement of the digital arts ecosystem.
